1. Parties and acceptance
By registering, downloading or using DELOS DSP software, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept this agreement with DELOS DSP and its distributor, Audio Rituals Ses ve Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. If you do not accept these terms, do not download or use the software.
2. License and permitted use
DELOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and evaluate the selected software on devices you control. Free products may be used without a time limit unless otherwise stated. Paid products supplied as evaluations are limited to seven days and are provided solely for testing, compatibility review and purchase evaluation.
3. Restrictions
You may not redistribute installers, license files or access links; sell, sublicense or rent the software; bypass activation or evaluation limits; reverse engineer, decompile or extract protected resources except where applicable law expressly permits; represent the software as your own; or use prerelease materials to create or train a competing product.
4. Confidential and prerelease materials
Builds marked beta, test, prerelease or confidential—including materials shared through the DELOS Discord—may contain non-public features and information. You agree not to publish, upload, transmit or share these builds, private documentation or non-public technical information without written permission. Public reviews of specifically authorized public releases are not restricted.
5. Registration data
We collect your name, email address, selected product, platform, agreement version, registration time and basic technical request data to provide access, maintain license records, communicate important product information and improve compatibility. Job applications are processed separately. We do not sell registration data. You may request correction or deletion by contacting contact@delosdsp.com, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.
6. Evaluation feedback
You may voluntarily provide technical feedback, bug reports and workflow observations. You grant DELOS permission to use that feedback to develop and improve its products without an obligation to compensate you. Ownership of your original music, sessions and recordings remains yours.
7. Software condition and liability
Evaluation and beta software is provided “as is” and may contain defects. Keep backups and do not rely on prerelease software in safety-critical or irreplaceable sessions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DELOS and Audio Rituals are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from evaluation use.
8. Intellectual property
The software, DSP implementations, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, graphics and installers remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. This agreement grants usage rights only and transfers no ownership.
9. Termination and updates
The license ends automatically if you breach this agreement. On termination, you must stop using and delete the relevant software and materials. DELOS may update these terms for future downloads; the accepted version and timestamp are recorded with each registration.
