DELOS R

An 8-line FDN reverb with spectral decay control.

DELOS Reverb interface

Overview

DELOS R is built around an eight-delay-line feedback delay network. Its diffusion and feedback structure creates a continuous algorithmic tail while keeping the early build-up, spatial field and modulation behavior under direct control.

A five-band decay-rate section changes how long each frequency region remains inside the feedback network. This is different from filtering the wet output: low, low-mid, mid, high-mid and high energy can decay at different rates, allowing a dark room, controlled low-end bloom or extended high-frequency air without relying on post-EQ alone.

Pre-delay, size, diffusion, width, modulation, wet/dry balance and output metering form the main signal path. A post-reverb equalizer remains available for final tonal placement after the decay behavior has been established. Host-negotiated multichannel and surround configurations extend the same decay architecture to immersive and multiple-output production workflows.
